Deborah Richard jewelry offers free complimentary shipping within the United States. Deborah Richard jewelry ships Monday through Friday via UPS. A signature is required upon delivery. Shipping is not available to P.O. boxes. Shipping charges for international orders are based on the actual cost to ship. Contact [email protected] for additional information. Products not in stock will be produced and shipped within approximately two weeks.

How and where are Deborah Richard jewelry products made?

All products are hand carved, cast (by lost wax casting), and hand finished in the U.S.A. Designs are produced using .925 sterling silver and 18kt gold. Platinum is available upon request. In addition, only the highest quality chains are selected to enhance the corresponding design resulting in a unique and highly desirable finished product. Measurements listed are approximate. What are your payment options? Do you charge sales tax?

At this time, Deborah Richard Jewelry accepts PayPal for payment of product(s) purchased. Sales tax is charged in accordance with state regulations on all orders that have a shipping address in the state of California.

How does my online account work?

By creating an online account, you can manage your account information and keep track of all orders placed with Deborah Richard jewelry. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your order and a link to track its progress. Customers may view past orders of a specific login account by logging in and viewing “My Orders” under “My Account”. Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email containing your UPS tracking # which you can use to track your order.

When is my order billed?

The dollar amount of your order is authorized on your credit card and the transfer of funds occurs when your card is approved.

Can I modify or cancel an order? Can I return an item?

In the event you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact customer service immediately by emailing us at [email protected]. Online purchases may be returned in original condition within 14 days of shipment. Returns must be shipped insured and prepaid at the customer’s expense. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Jewelry Care

As metal ages naturally, jewelry will darken over time. To restore luster, simply use a soft silver polishing cloth. Avoid using cleaning solutions.
